Overview
A modern penthouse terrace transformed into a lush, multi-level green sanctuary designed for privacy, wind resistance, and year-round outdoor living above the city skyline.
The Challenge
High wind speeds, direct sun exposure, and strict structural weight limits made traditional soil and heavy hardscaping impossible. The space needed high-density privacy planting without overloading the building's load capacity.
Our Approach
We engineered a custom, lightweight soil mixture combined with an automated micro-drip irrigation system. Wind-hardy native grasses and evergreen shrubs were layered into elevated aluminum planters to create natural sound barriers and privacy screens.
Key Features
Custom load-tested aluminum planters and integrated seating
Smart micro-drip irrigation linked to local weather forecasts
Dimmable LED accent lighting built into custom decking
Drought-tolerant, wind-resistant native plant palette
They transformed our overgrown yard into a stunning patio. On time, polite, and spotless cleanup every day!
